ELDER GALLERY EXHIBITION TO
FEATURE WESLEYAN ALUMNI ARTISTS
LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraska Wesleyan University
art graduates will be featured in a special alumni show, which begins
October 4th at Elder Gallery.
The exhibition will include paintings, jewelry,
metal work, bronze sculptures, photography, drawings, ceramics,
and handmade books, all made by alumni who graduated with a bachelor’s
degree in fine arts.
The exhibition is one of many activities being
held during Nebraska Wesleyan’s homecoming weekend, October
2-5. The alumni show will continue through November 2. A special
opening reception will be held on Sunday, October 5 from 2-4 p.m.
at Elder Gallery.
Elder Gallery is located in the Rogers Center for
Fine Arts, 50th Street and Huntington Avenue in Lincoln. The gallery
is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 1 to
4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. All exhibits are free and open to
the public.
