MORE THAN 250 STUDENTS TO BE RECOGNIZED
AT WESLEYAN HONORS CONVOCATION
Lincoln, Neb.— Nebraska Wesleyan University
will recognize more than 250 students for outstanding academic achievement
during its Academic Honors Convocation on May 9.
The convocation will begin at 4 p.m. at O’Donnell
Auditorium, located at 50th Street and St. Paul Avenue. The program
will recognize new members of honor societies, academic all-Americans,
national awards and fellowship recipients, and university awards
and scholarship recipients. The Kenneth R. Holder Memorial Award
will be presented to a graduating senior who has overcome significant
challenges in attaining his or her degree.
Outstanding faculty will also be recognized at the
annual ceremony. President Jeanie Watson will preside at the convocation.
