Anderson Scholarship for Business Students

Nebraska Wesleyan University is pleased to announce several scholarships for Lincoln adult business students that will be available beginning Fall, 2014. Students who apply must demonstrate financial need by filing a 2014-15 FAFSA, submit a resume and fill out an application including a personal essay describing academic and career plans, personal goals and financial need.

Application for all three Anderson scholarships

$5,000 – Fall 2014 Start Business Administration

Two scholarships will be awarded.

Requirements:

  • Apply to and be accepted at Nebraska Wesleyan University
  • Have a transfer GPA of a least 3.0
  • Financial need (FAFSA submitted to NWU)
  • Completed Scholarship Application (PDF)
  • Resume

Consideration will be given to students not receiving employer tuition benefits. With the application you will be required to write a 250-500 word essay describing how a business degree fits into your career plans, your personal goals, your desire to earn a business degree and your financial need. In other words, tell us the story of why you believe you are deserving of this scholarship.

$2,500 – Current (already enrolled) Business Administration

Two scholarships will be awarded.

Requirements:

  • Apply to and be accepted at Nebraska Wesleyan University
  • Have completed 12 hours or more with a GPA of a least 3.0
  • Financial need (FAFSA submitted to NWU)
  • Completed Scholarship Application (PDF)
  • Resume

Consideration will be given to students not receiving employer tuition benefits. With the application you will be required to write a 250-500 word essay describing how a business degree fits into your career plans, your personal goals, your desire to earn a business degree and your financial need. In other words, tell us the story of why you believe you are deserving of this scholarship.

$5,000 – Fall 2014 Start MBA Classic or Accounting

Two scholarships will be awarded.

Requirements:

  • Apply to and be accepted into Nebraska Wesleyan University’s MBA Program
  • Have an undergraduate GPA of a least 3.0
  • Financial need (FAFSA submitted to NWU)
  • Completed Scholarship Application (PDF)
  • Resume
