Each nomination must be approved by the division leader, department chair or supervisor.
-
Nominations pre-approved by the division leader, department chair or supervisor will be given to the Human Resource Advisory Committee (HRC) for review.
-
The Human Resource Advisory Committee (HRC) reviews the nomination and advances recommendation for award if it meets the C.O.R.E. criteria to the President.

The President approves HRC recommendations for awards.

Once an award is approved, there will be an announcement of the employee(s) who have been given the award(s) at a monthly staff meeting by the employee’s supervisor, or a designee.
