Date Center Founded The Sikh community in Lincoln began holding regular monthly meetings about seven years ago.
Religious Leader and Title Guneet Singh Khurana and Ramandeep Singh Khurana serve as the religious organizers as there are not official religious leaders.

With the exception of a few non-Indian spouses the community is all  
of Indian descent.

Afficiliation with Other Organizations The Sikh community in Lincoln works closely with the Hindu community, the Lincoln Interfaith Council, and The Indian Association of Nebraska.
Activities and Schedule

The community meets the first Sunday of every month for worship.
Mrs. Khurana teaches the youth Sikh and Indian music on Saturdays. Each summer some of the children from the community attend a Sikh
summer camp.
