Engineering - Dual Degree
Program
Nebraska
Wesleyan's Dual-Degree Engineering Program offers students the best
of two worlds: the opportunity to receive a nationally-recognized liberal
arts education and to earn an engineering degree. After three years
at Nebraska Wesleyan, qualifying students can continue their studies
at one of three institutions and earn degrees from both Nebraska Wesleyan
and the engineering school.
Advantages
of the Dual Degree Program
|
- Begin
your engineering program at a liberal arts university where
undergraduate education is the highest priority At Wesleyan,
students can develop the skills and confidence necessary for
success in engineering.
|
- Nebraska
Wesleyan's liberal arts education equips students with the skills
that will enhance their careers as engineers, such as problem-solving,
oral and written communication and team-building.
|
- Receive
the opportunity to learn from and interact with top Ph.D. faculty
members who are committed to teaching.
|
- Traditional
engineering programs are often highly structured. The Dual-Degree
program allows students to explore long-term goals and pursue
other academic, athletic or extracurricular interests while
working toward their engineering degree.
|
- Complete
degrees in two diverse areas. Students can major in any of Wesleyan's
47 academic programs.
|
