Wesleyan records three major international fellowships in 2002

Abigail L. Dumler, Political Science and German major, has won a Fulbright Grant to study in Bamberg, Germany, 2002-2003. In the fall, she earned the deep respect of the LAS students for whom she served as student instructor. They took great pleasure in organizing a surprise celebration for Abbie's Fulbright. Previously, Abbie spent a semester in Gießen, Germany.

 

Katherine Surber, Global Studies, has won a Fubright Grant to teach English in Korea. Kate previously spent a year studying German in Vienna, Austria.

Benjamin Embury, Political Science, has won a scholarship from the National Security Exchange Program toi study Arabic in Cairo, Egypt. Previously, during a semester in WAshington, Ben had an internship with the Secret Service.

Graeme N. Dodworth, German and International Business major, has won a Fulbright Grant to study in Magdeburg, Germany, 2001-2002.

Jason W. Kisling, Japanese minor, has won a National Security Edcation Program Scholarship to study in Japan 2001-2002

Amy L. Harnisch, International Business major with a Spanish minor, has won a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship to study in The Netherlands 2001-2002.
