This program exists to enhance human communication in a variety of contexts.  Students develop a broad base of knowledge, experience and abilities through  multi-disciplinary study which prepares them for related careers and advanced study.  The program achieves its purposes through courses which present communication theories and their application, and which develop abilities in a context of ethical decision-making.  Through classroom experiences, co curricular activities and departmental organizations the program refines communication skills and recognizes excellence..
