Mission Statement:

The Athletic Training Education Program at Nebraska Wesleyan University provides the students the opportunity to complete the Bachelor of Science degree; major in Athletic Training, and prepare for an athletic training career.  The Athletic Training Education Program utilizes both classroom and clinical experiences to provide values, skills, knowledge and intellectual and personal growth while preparing students for the Board of Certification exam.  The program aspires to be recognized as a model and leader for small Colleges and Universities and develop students who are clinically competent and independent-thinking health care professionals.
