Students enrolling at Nebraska Wesleyan University
assume an obligation to conduct themselves in a manner compatible
with the University's objectives as an educational institution.
Student conduct is an integral part of the educational process.
Each student at NWU is responsible for knowing, understanding,
and abiding by the Code of Student Conduct.
The University judicial system consists of
four judicial bodies - University Judiciary, the Residence
Life Peer Review Board, Interfraternity Judiciary, and the
Panhellenic Council Arbitration Board. In cases of student
misconduct, the Vice President for Student Life will determine
which judicial body will hear each case.
