Loans

Students who incur debt at Nebraska Wesleyan graduate with the same amount of debt on average as those students who graduate from large state institutions. So if you do choose the option of taking a student loan, you'll know that you're going to get a fantastic education that won't give you headaches after you graduate.

Federal Perkins Loan
Amount: Average loan of $1,100 per year

Subsidized Federal Stafford Loan
Amount: Up to $3,500 for first years; $4,500 for sophomores; $5,500 for following years

Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan
Amount: A student who is not eligible for a Federal Stafford Loan may borrow similar amounts each year through this program

Parents' Loan for Undergraduate Students
Amount: Up to the cost of education, minus other financial aid
