Residential Community > Housing Selection
For returning students, the housing selection process begins in February with the Townhouse Village application process. Townhouse students sign up for their spacs in mid-March. The lottery process for all other returning students begins in late March and continues into mid-April. Students draw numbers in the Residence Life and Housing Office based on the number of semesters they have lived in on-campus housing. Following the lottery process, students then select their rooms based on their lottery number.
