The Townhouse Village offers independent living
in 30 four-person units at the northeast corner of campus.
The townhouse units come furnished with all kitchen appliances
(dishwasher included), a washer and dryer (non-coin operated),
and feature four private bedrooms per unit. In addition, each
apartment has two bathrooms shared by only four people. Eligibility
for the Townhouses is based on: four semesters living in approved
campus housing, minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 as of the fall
semester, and four persons applying as a group who meet the
above criteria.
