Entry Information
Team Entry Instructions
- Entry forms may be obtained from the Intramural Bulletin Board across from the Weary Center front desk.
- Entry forms must be filled out completely in order to be accepted.
- Return completed entry forms to the folder on the Intramural Bulletin Board on or before the specified entry deadline.
- Late entries will only be accepted if time and space allow.
- Each team captain (or a representative of the team) MUST attend the specified captains’ meeting in order for the team to participate.
Captains’ Meeting Information
The purpose of the meeting is to communicate important information. Rules, playing schedules and questions will be addressed. Each team captain (or a representative of the team) MUST attend the captains’ meeting.
All meetings are held in a Weary Center Classroom. Information for date and time will located on the Intramural Sports Bulletin Board.
Want to play, but don't have a team?
Fill out a “free agent” form. Forms are located on the Intramural Bulletin Board across from the Weary Center front desk. When completed, place it in the completed Team Entry folder and the Intramural Sports staff will place you on a team.
