Student Support System

Nebraska Wesleyan faculty and staff are invested in our students’ academic progress and personal growth. A friendly face, a listening ear and a caring approach can often help our students get in touch with the resources they need. Early IQ, NWU’s Student Support System, is an early alert and intervention program for CLAS students designed to help identify those students who may need extra assistance in achieving academic success. When a report is made, a member of the Student Support Response Team will reach out.

Virtual Success Center for Students

The Virtual Success Center serves as each student’s personal success coach.

Log in using your university e-mail account.

In one section there is timely information on dealing with issues that often confront college students. This information covers everything from academic and study skills to health and fitness to time management and motivation.

Another section provides contact information for faculty and staff on the Nebraska Wesleyan campus who stand ready to assist with various issues.

The third section includes a link permitting students to refer a friend about whom they might have concerns, or a parent to refer a son or daughter. This referral may be anonymous.
