**Donate barely used & stylish prom dresses. Drop off at Williams Cleaners--donations accepted through Feb. 14th. **Volunteers needed for greeting, personal shopping, fitting room cleanup. Prom shopping hours: April 2 and April 9. **Volunteers meet to discuss event and to sort through some of the donated dresses. On average there are over 40 children removed and placed into foster care in the Lincoln area every month. These children, in the past, have had to wait hours at case manager’s desks, police stations or even ride for hours in the back of a car while waiting for placement. On October 1, 2012 this all changes!!! We are pleased to announce a new partnership between the Foster CARE Closet and the Department of Health and Human Services to provide a child friendly and welcoming environment for children who have been removed from their current living situation.
