The mission of the Folsom Children's Zoo and Botanical Gardens is to influence present and future generations through conservation, education, and related research as well as to encourage interaction with nature, plants, and animals in an enjoyable environment.
Horses & Ponies - Volunteers are needed to lead horse and pony rides. Availability in the morning Monday-Thursday Sensory Safari Tour Guides needed - Help lead blind & visually impaired children on a tour of the Zoo - Wednesday October 3rd, 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm Groups needed for Boo at the Zoo - Groups needed to assist with various volunteer activities for Boot at the Zoo October 26-30. Opportunity to volunteer one or multiple nights. Approximately 25 volunteers needed each night, groups should have at least 10 volunteers. All volunteers myst be 16 years or older.
