Sunday, February 19
5 pm — Business Dining Etiquette Seminar, Patio Dining Room
  • Since interviews and meetings are often conducted during a meal, this five-course meal and seminar, taught by Geri Cotter, Assistant Dean of Students, is designed to help you make the transition from fast food to fine dining. This event requires advance registration and an $8 fee.
Tuesday, February 21
1 pm - 2 pm — Networking for Newbies, Story Student Center, Prairie Wolf B
  • Students will learn and practice networking techniques to prepare them for the Backpack to Briefcase Student/Employer Reception
Thursday, February 23
5 pm - 6 pm — Networking for Newbies, Story Student Center, Prairie Wolf B
  • Students will learn and practice networking techniques to prepare them for the Backpack to Briefcase Student/Employer Reception
Wednesday, February 29 3 pm - 5 pm — Backpack to Briefcase Student/Employer Networking Reception, Smith-Curtis Great Hall
  • Network and pass out your resume to 40 employers without leaving the NWU campus!
  • Sandhills Publishing will be providing resume portfolios to the first 75 students who RSVP and attend the reception. RSVP at the Career & Counseling Center or e-mail career@nebrwesleyan.edu.
