Prior to registration, new students must submit:
- Confidential Medical History Report
- Record of Immunizations
- Emergency Instructions
- Confidential Mental Health History Report
- Notice of Privacy Practice Form

Immunization records must be complete and returned prior to registration. This is a university requirement mandated by the State Department of Health and must by submitted to Student Health Services by all new, readmitted and transfer students. Proof of Immune titer or two properly administered immunizations for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) must be indicated along with mandatory meningitis vaccination. Other immunizations are recommended.
Students who fail to provide the required immunization document during the first semester following admission to Nebraska Wesleyan University will be refused registration for the following semester unless a waiver form is signed.

Student Health Insurance Information
Nebraska Wesleyan University requires that all full-time undergraduate students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences carry health insurance. You can read more about health insurance here.
Students insured through an existing policy may waive the Nebraska Wesleyan University plan by documenting existing coverage.

Students with Disabilities
Students may request accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act by completing the ADA Request Form (pdf). Return the form to:

Renters’ Insurance
Students and parents can protect valuable electronics and other items from theft, fire and accidental damage with renters’ insurance.
National Student Services Inc. provides policies with worldwide coverage against:

- Lightning
- Accidental damage including liquid spills and drops (optional)

Student Housing
New students receive a packet of housing information by mail in July. That packet includes your room assignment and roommate assignment (if applicable).
First year residence halls include:
As students progress toward graduation at Nebraska Wesleyan University, their housing options increase.
Lofts
Students often choose to increase their living space by lofting their beds. Students may bring or rent metal lofts. Wooden lofts are not allowed.
Metal lofts are available from College Products for $125 per year. Enter Nebraska Wesleyan’s school code: NBYN.

Microfridges
Students may bring their own minirefrigerators. Students may not bring their own microwaves.
The only microwave unit allowed in first year residence halls is the combination microwave/microchill from College Products. Rent a unit for $199 used.
