Certificate Course in Forensic Science

The Nebraska Wesleyan University Certificate in Forensic Science provides students with a broad understanding of forensic science as well as the competency and qualifications to apply investigative skills to various professional settings.

Through classroom and clinical experience, students learn forensic science techniques to employ in the collection and preservation of medicolegal evidence. The program also provides an understanding of the integration of forensic disciplines with criminal investigations. Following the satisfactory completion of specific courses and an internship, participating students will receive a Certificate in Forensic Science.

The program has been reviewed and approved by a national advisory board including experts such as Cyril H. Wechht, M.D., J.D., and Henry C. Lee, Ph.D.
