International Film Festival: Entre les murs/The Class
Sunday, February 28, 2010 - 7:00pm
This 2008 French film is about teacher Francois Marin and his colleagues who are preparing for another school year at a racially mixed inner-city high school in Paris. The teachers talk to each other about their prospective students, both good and bad. The teachers collectively want to inspire their students, but each teacher is an individual who will do things in his or her own way to achieve the results they desire.
All films are free and open to the public and will be shown with English subtitles. This film will be held in Olin A lecture hall. For questions, contact Sara Jane Dietzman at 402.465.7550.
