Three Points of View will feature three visual artists including the winner of the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery Competition.
Featured artists will include:
Dave Read — a retired University of Nebraska-Lincoln professor whose photography has been exhibited in The Museum of Modern Art and Sheldon Museum of Art;
Dave Woody — a University of Virginia professor who won the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition;
Khanh H. Le — a visual artist who lives and works in Washington, D.C. and continuously probes his personal and familial histories in an attempt to carve out a cultural identity for himself.
The exhibit run Feb. 14-March 22, with a reception planned for Friday, March 2 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Elder Gallery is located in the Rogers Center for Fine Arts, 50th Street and Huntington Ave. Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m. The gallery is closed on Mondays.
