Payment Options

  • Business Office

Payment for tuition and fees is due by the end of the fifth school day of the semester for full-time students.  For Spring 2013, the payment due date is Monday, January 28, 2013.

You have the option of paying your account in full or making monthly payments.

ACH Debit From Your Checking or Savings Account

Pay your tuition and fees electronically via ACH by going to the Nelnet Business Solutions Page and selecting "Pay in Full."  There is no charge for this payment method.

Cash

Cash payments accepted in person only at the Business Office during office hours.

Personal Check, Money Order/Bank Draft, Travelers Check

Make payable to: Nebraska Wesleyan University. Include the student's name and ID number on the check. Checks can be sent to:

Interest-free Monthly Payment Plan

Over 300 families use a monthly payment option through Nelnet Business Solutions. You may contract to pay any amount of tuition and fees and/or room and board on a monthly basis. There is a $45 service fee to use this option, but no interest is charged.
