If you have been awarded a Federal Perkins Loan for the 09/10 academic year and have not received Perkins money previously, you will receive the master promissory note, information regarding the federally mandated entrance counseling and a pre-loan information sheet to your student mailbox. The promissory note and pre-loan information sheet must be returned to the Business Office by September 11, 2009.

On-line entrance counseling at www.mappingyourfuture.org must also be completed by September 11, 2009.

Please note that Perkins funds will not be disbursed until you have completed and returned the master promissory note and pre-loan information sheet and completed the on-line entrance counseling.
