2011: Had an outstanding sophomore season earning two All-American awards at the NCAA III Outdoor Track Championships … was third at nationals in the discus and placed sixth in the javelin … was the GPAC Champion in the discus and was GPAC Runner-up in the javelin … set the NWU school record in the discus with a toss of 151-3 at the Augustana Twilight meet … moved up to third all-time in the javelin with her mark of 138-2 at Nationals … an USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … a Pflieger-Olson scholar athlete.

2010: Earned All-Conference honors Outdoors in her first season of competition by placing fifth in the Discus as well as third in the Javelin … threw a personal best 135-01 in the discus at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … is listed on the All-Time Charts in both the weight throw and the discus.

Academic: Exercise Science major.

In High School: Earned three letters while competing in Track and Field … placed at the State Meet seven times including winning the discus her sophomore year … also competed in volleyball and basketball.
