2011: Became an All-American for the first time by placing fourth in the shot put at the NCAA III Outdoor Championships … her throw of 46-11.75 is third on NWU’s all-time charts … also qualified for NCAA Nationals in the discus and finished 10th … was the GPAC Champion in the shot put at the Outdoor Championships … earned an additional All-Conference honor with a seventh place finish in the discus … moved to fifth on discus all-time charts with personal best 145-3 at Bronco Relays … was All-Conference indoors with an eighth place finish in the shot put at GPAC Indoor Championships … an USTFCCCA All-Academic selection … also a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2010: Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships in the Shot Put at both the Indoor and Outdoor Championships … received her first All-Conference honors at the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the Shot Put (7th) and Discus (8th) … qualified for the GPAC Indoor Championships in the Shot Put … threw a season best of 138-05 in the Discus at the Doane Dual.

Academic: Psychology major.

In High School: Had a standout prep career in the throws at North Bend H.S. … was Class C State Runner-up in the shot put as a junior and senior at the State Track Meet … also placed fourth as a freshman and fifth as a sophomore in the shot … was fifth in the discus as a senior … also was an All-State volleyball player … a member of National Honor Society.
