The Nebraska Wesleyan women's track and field team finished third overall, while the NWU men were fourth overall at the 2011 Great Plains Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships held on Saturday (Feb. 19) at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, Neb.

February 17

Two Nebraska Wesleyan University track and field athletes were awarded GPAC Athlete of the Week recognition. Taylor Tacha was the Hauff MidAmerica Sports/GPAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week, while Elliott Bulling was the GPAC Men’s Field Athlete of the Week.

February 16

The Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s track & field team climbed up five spots and now appears in the Top 10 of the USTFCCCA NCAA Division III National Team Rankings that were released Wednesday (Feb. 16). NWU is now ranked No. 8 in this week’s poll. The Nebraska Wesleyan women are ranked No. 21 this week.

Elliott Bulling and Taylor Tacha were both named the meet's outstanding performers as they led the Nebraska Wesleyan University track & field teams to a big day at the Darren Young Classic Indoor Track Meet at Grinnell College on Saturday (Feb. 12) in Grinnell, Iowa.

The Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s track team moved up nine spots to No. 13 in this week’s USTFCCCA NCAA Division III National Team Rankings that were released on Wednesday (Feb. 9). Also, the Nebraska Wesleyan women’s track & field team is ranked No. 18 this week.

Taylor Tacha and Allee Kuska both won two events to lead the Nebraska Wesleyan University women's track & field team to the team title at the NWU Quad Meet held Saturday (Feb.

Four women put up NCAA qualifying marks and Jack Chatelain had an automatic distance in the long jump to highlight the Nebraska Wesleyan performances at the Concordia Classic held Saturday (Jan. 29) in Seward, Neb.

Both the Nebraska Wesleyan men’s and women’s track & field teams were ranked in the Top 25 when the first U.S.

January 21

Nebraska Wesleyan had solid performances from their distance runners and got an NCAA qualifying mark from Elliott Bulling in the shot put to lead the Prairie Wolves athletes at the NWU Invite held Friday (Jan. 21) at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.

Over 900 athletes and 15 teams will be competing this Friday (Jan. 21) at the NWU Invite Indoor Track & Field meet that will be held at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. LIVE RESULTS

The Nebraska Wesleyan track & field had athletes in two different places over the weekend (Jan 14 & 15). Both the men’s and women’s teams competed at the 2011 Holiday Inn Invitational at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and the Ward Haylett Invitational at Doane College.
