Nebraska Wesleyan University Director of Track & Cross Country Dr. Ted Bulling has released the names of 30 recruits who plan to compete in cross country and/or track and field while attending NWU in 2005-06.

Erin Powell (Jr., Beaver City, Neb., Southern Valley High School) is the second student-athlete from Nebraska Wesleyan in less than a week to be named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America® Team as selected by CoSIDA.

Nebraska Wesleyan’s men finished in the top four at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships for the third year in a row and every member of the men’s team who competed is returning home an All-American.

Nebraska Wesleyan’s men limped into day one of the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, but they were feeling no pain amidst the celebration after winning the distance medley relay in Friday’s final event.

Nebraska Wesleyan University has 15 student-athletes who have earned the privilege to compete with the nation’s elite at the 2005 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships to be held on Friday and Saturday in Bloomington, Ill.
