Nebraska Wesleyan’s women’s and men’s indoor track & field teams appeared in the top 10 of this week’s NCAA Division III Track & Field Team Dual Meet Power rankings. The NWU women are ranked No. 7 with the men ranked No. 8.

Nebraska Wesleyan won five individual events and had several season best marks on Saturday (Jan. 28) at the 2012 Concordia Classic Indoor Track & Field meet in Seward.

Both the Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s and women’s track & field teams moved up the rankings in this week’s NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field poll that was compiled by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The NWU men are ranked No. 18, while the Prairie Wolves women are No. 21.

Nebraska Wesleyan senior Hannah Kinberg has been named this week’s Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Women’s Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

Nebraska Wesleyan track & field athletes put up some outstanding performances on Friday (Jan. 20) at the NWU Indoor Invitational held at the Bob Devaney Center.

The Nebraska Wesleyan University track & field teams will host the annual NWU Indoor Invitational this Friday (Jan. 20) at the Bob Devaney Sports Center indoor track. Field events will begin at 11:30 am with the first running event to start at 12:30 pm. LIVE STATS

The Nebraska Wesleyan University track & field teams got off to a good start to the 2012 Indoor season with a pair of meets over the weekend. NWU athletes competed at the two-day Holiday Inn Invitational at the Bob Devaney Center and on Saturday at the Doane Field meet in Crete.
