Reeh Named Academic All-District

Nebraska Wesleyan University junior midfielder Erin Reeh was named to the Capital One/CoSIDA Academic All-District team that was announced on Friday (Nov. 4). She was voted to the District 8 Second-Team in the NCAA III division.Erin Reeh

Reeh, a Blair, Neb., native, has a 3.55 GPA as an Elementary Education major. Reeh started all 18 games for the Prairie Wolves during the 2011 season. On the year she scored two goals, including one game-winning shot. She had the game-winning goal in the Prairie Wolves 1-0 win over Northwestern on Sept. 24.

The Blair H.S. product is a three-year letterwinner for the Prairie Wolves women soccer program. She has now played in 42 matches during her career and has seven career goals with two career assists.

Student-athletes must meet four criteria to earn Capital One Academic All-District honors: 1) must have a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or better, 2) must have at least two terms of attendance at the institution, 3) must be at least a sophomore in athletic eligibility, 4) must be a starter or key reserve in their respective sport.

The All-District selection is determined by voting of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
