Nebraska Wesleyan University senior Sarah Hannon was named to the 2008-09 Great Plains Athletic Conference women’s golf All-GPAC team that was announced Thursday (May 7).

Hannon, a senior from York, Neb., was named to the All-GPAC team for the second straight season after earning All-GPAC honors as a junior.

This season Hannon was the top golfer for NWU all season and placed 15th at the 2008-09 GPAC Championships.  She was the top individual placer for Nebraska Wesleyan at the four-day GPAC championships.

During the season, Hannon was the top placer in seven meets for the Prairie Wolves.

Dani Bellet from Dakota Wesleyan University was the GPAC Women’s Golfer-of-the-Year and Adam Anderson from DWU was the GPAC Coach-of-the-Year.
