Nebraska Wesleyan University senior Sarah Hannon was named to the 2008-09 Great Plains Athletic Conference women’s golf All-GPAC team that was announced Thursday (May 7).

October 6

Nebraska-Omaha shot a team score of 636 to edge Truman State University by three strokes to win the team title at the Nebraska Wesleyan Women’s Golf Fall Invitational that concluded Monday (Oct. 6) at Highlands Golf Course in Lincoln, Neb.  A total of 12 teams competed in the two-day event.

The University of Nebraska-Omaha is the team leader after the first day of the Nebraska Wesleyan University women's golf Fall Invitational that was played Sunday (Oct. 5) at Pioneers Golf Course in Lincoln.

September 15

The Nebraska Wesleyan women's golf team shot a team score of 374 to sit in eighth place after the first round of the Great Plains Athletic Conference women's golf championships. The first GPAC Qualifier was played Sept. 15 at Whispering Creek in Sioux City, Iowa.

September 9

The Nebraska Wesleyan women's golf team shot a team score of 763 to place sixth in the nine team Lady Tigers Fall Invite that was held in Mitchell, S.D., on Sept. 8-9. NWU showed its team consistency shooting a final round 382 at Wild Oak Golf Club, after shooting a 381 on Monday at Lakeview Golf Course.
