Kiley Miller shot a round of 89 to lead the Nebraska Wesleyan women's golf team to a third place finish at the Midland Fall Invite on Tuesday (Sept. 28) in Fremont, Neb.
NWU had a team score of 377 on the day to finish behind Midland (356) and Northwestern College (368).
Miller's 89 was good enough to place fourth individually among the 26 total golfers. Just one stroke back was teammate Brittney Dinkel who tied for fifth with a round of 90. Lindsey Keyes shot a 96 and Sarah Johnson a 102 to complete the NWU scoring.
Maggie Rozeboom from Northwestern was the individual champion shooting a score of 83.
Nebraska Wesleyan will have just one more competition during the fall portion of their schedule as they close out play with the second GPAC Qualifier on Oct. 5 at Wilderness Ridge in Lincoln.
