2009: Had an outstanding junior season, stepping up as NWU’s No. 2 runner … was the GPAC Runner-up placing second at the GPAC Championships helping NWU to the team title … earned All-GPAC honors for the second straight season … finished 20th at the NCAA Central Region Championships … also earned All-Region honors … was named to the AD3I All-Independent First-Team … placed fifth overall at the Tori Neubauer Invitational … was 68th at her first NCAA III Championships meet … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete for the second straight year.
2008: Placed eighth at the GPAC Championship to earn All-GPAC honors, helping NWU to its fourth straight conference championship … was a scoring runner for the Prairie Wolves the entire season, becoming the number three runner early in season … ran a season best time of 23:10 at the Jim Drews-Tori Neubauer Invitational … was a Pflieger-Olson Scholar-Athlete.
2007: Placed 29th at the GPAC Championships with a time of 20:10 … ran a season best time of 23:55 while competing in the 6K race at the Stanford Invitational … was the eighth Prairie Wolves runner to cross the finish line at the Wisconsin-La Crosse Invitational, finishing in a time of 25:17 … while competing in her first collegiate cross country meet, the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational, she ran a 23:53 and was the sixth Nebraska Wesleyan runner to finish.
Academic: Political Science and History majors.
In High School: Earned three letters in cross country and four in track and field … qualified for the Class A State three times, placing 47th as a senior … was a member of the honor roll and the Sertoma Club award winner for cross country.
