5th-ranked Briar Cliff University jumped out to a 29-4 lead and never looked back as the Chargers defeated Nebraska Wesleyan University, 77-39, in GPAC women’s basketball action on Wednesday night (Nov. 28) at the Newman Flanagan Center in Sioux City, Iowa.

November 25

The Nebraska Wesleyan University women's basketball team dropped a pair of games over the Thanksgiving break at the Wisconsin-La Crosse Thanksgiving Classic in La Crosse, Wis. On Saturday the Prairie Wolves lost 75-60 to Loras College, then on Sunday NWU fell 66-54 to Luther College.

No. 1 ranked Concordia jumped out to a 27-point halftime lead and went on to a 91-61 victory in the GPAC women's basketball opener for Nebraska Wesleyan on Tuesday night (Nov. 20) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln.

The Nebraska Wesleyan women's basketball team opened the 2012-13 season by splitting a pair of games at the Colorado College Tip-Off Classic in Colorado Springs, Colo. NWU defeated Macalester, 52-40, on Friday night then dropped a 71-64 decision to College of Saint Benedict on Saturday afternoon.

The Nebraska Wesleyan women’s basketball team capped off their trip to Estonia with a 77-70 overtime victory over Tartu University on Friday (Aug. 24) in Tartu, Estonia.

The Nebraska Wesleyan women’s basketball team began preparation for their 10-day overseas trip to Estonia. The Prairie Wolves leave for Estonia on Wednesday, Aug. 15 and return home on Saturday the 25th. The team reported on Aug. 5th and conducted their first practice on Aug. 6th.
