The official pairings for the Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) West Region women’s basketball tournament were released Monday morning. The tournament, hosted by Nebraska Wesleyan University, will be played Feb. 29th and March 1 at Snyder Arena in Lincoln, Neb.

Chapman University received the No. 1 seed and will play the opening game of the tournament against the No. 4 seed University of California-Santa Cruz at 5 pm

The second game of the night will be the No. 2 seed University of Dallas playing the No. 3 seed Nebraska Wesleyan University at 7 pm. NWU will be considered the home team in the game.

On Saturday, the consolation game will tip-off at 2 pm with the winners of Friday’s games meeting in the championship game at 4 pm.

This is the third season of the AD3I West Region Tournament. The tournament is held for NCAA DIII teams that do not have the opportunity to participate in a conference tournament.

Saturday, March 1

Game 3 – Consolation Game/Loser of Game 1 vs Loser of Game 2, 2 pm

Game 4 – Championship Game/Winner Game 1 vs Winner Game 2, 4 pm
