Three members of the Nebraska Wesleyan University women’s basketball team were named to the 2009 Great Plains Athletic Conference women’s basketball All-GPAC team when it was announced on March 4.  Sadie Struebing, Katy Golden and Ashley Bordovsky all received All-GPAC honorable mention recognition.

The Nebraska Wesleyan University women's basketball team made just one field goal in the first nine minutes of the second half as Chapman University extended their two point halftime lead up to 12 points as they would go on to defeat NWU, 60-48, in the AD3I West Region Tournament Championship game on Saturday (Feb. 28) in Santa Cruz, Calif.

Freshman Maggie Packard recorded her first career double-double to lead the Nebraska Wesleyan women to a 55-39 victory over the University of California-Santa Cruz on Friday night (Feb. 27) in the first round of the AD3I West Region Tournament in Santa Cruz, Calif.

The 17th-ranked Hastings College Broncos jumped out to a 21-point halftime lead and cruised to a 76-55 victory over the Nebraska Wesleyan University women in Great Plains Athletic Conference action on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 21) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln, Neb.

The Nebraska Wesleyan women's basketball team joined more than 1,200 teams across the country in raising awareness for breast cancer research on Wednesday, Feb. 18 when they hosted Midland Lutheran College for a Pink Zone event.

Nebraska Wesleyan shot just 24.1 percent from the floor in the first half as Mount Marty raced out to a 23 point halftime lead and cruised past the Prairie Wolves with a 84-45 victory in GPAC women's basketball action on Saturday in Yankton, S.D.

Hastings College closed out the end of the first half and opened the second half with a 30-9 run to pull away from Nebraska Wesleyan as the 17th-ranked Broncos defeated the Prairie Wolves, 74-52, on Wednesday (Feb. 4) in GPAC women's basketball action at Lynn Farrell Arena in Hastings, Neb.

Nebraska Wesleyan was within two points at 64-62 with 23 seconds to play, but top-ranked Morningside went 8-8 from the free throw line in the final 20 seconds to earn a 72-65 victory over NWU in GPAC women's basketball action on Saturday afternoon (Jan. 31) in Snyder Arena.

Nebraska Wesleyan led fifth-ranked Northwestern College by one point at the 13:38 mark but the Red Raiders went on a 18-5 run over the next five minutes to pull away for the 68-55 victory on Saturday afternoon (Jan. 21) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln.

Dordt College went on a 33-5 run late in the first half and early in the second half as the Defenders pulled away from Nebraska Wesleyan University defeating the Prairie Wolves, 57-44, in Great Plains Athletic Conference women's basketball action Saturday afternoon (Jan. 10) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln, Neb.

Nebraska Wesleyan led nearly the entire first half and were down only one point with over six minutes to play, but Doane College finally pulled away in the end to hold on for a 64-53 victory in Great Plains Athletic Conference women's basketball action on Wednesday night (Jan. 7) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln, Neb.

19th-ranked Howard Payne University outscored Nebraska Wesleyan 36-17 in the first half and held on for a 70-59 victory over the Prairie Wolves in NCAA DIII Women's Basketball action on Monday afternoon (Dec. 29) at the University of Dallas Tournament in Irving, Texas.

Three players scored in double figures as Nebraska Wesleyan snapped its seven game winning streak with a 80-70 victory over Central College on Saturday (Dec. 20) in Pella, Iowa.

The Nebraska Wesleyan women's basketball team made a valiant effort at a comeback, but they couldn't overcome the 10-point lead as Buena Vista held off the Prairie Wolves, 77-67, in a NCAA Division III women's basketball contest Saturday afternoon (Dec. 13) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln, Neb.

Nebraska Wesleyan committed 19 first half turnovers and never could recover as they fell to 10th-ranked Concordia University 83-60 in Great Plains Athletic Conference women's basketball action Tuesday night (Dec. 9) at Snyder Arena in Lincoln, Neb.

Briar Cliff held off a late charge by the Nebraska Wesleyan women as the Prairie Wolves fell 70-55 in a Great Plains Athletic Conference women's basketball contest on Saturday afternoon (Dec. 6) at the Flannagan Center in Sioux City, Iowa.

Doane College opened up the second half on a 21-2 run to jolt out to a 31-point lead as the 25th-ranked Tigers rolled past Nebraska Wesleyan 74-47 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference opener on Tuesday night (Nov. 25) in Crete, Neb.
