2008: Earned another All-Conference honor by placing eighth in the 4x800 at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … ran a seasonal best 4:15.21 in the 1,500 at the Concordia Twilight meet … was limited in indoor action due to injury.

2007: Received his first two All-Conference honors in the 4x800 by placing third at the GPAC Indoor Championships and second at the GPAC Outdoor Championships.

2006: Finished ninth in the GPAC in both the indoor mile (4:36.42) and the outdoor 1,500 (4:13.02).

Academic: Exercise Science major.

In High School: Lettered two years in track and one year in cross country for the Spartans … was on the honor roll and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Born 7/14/87, son of Jeff and Gwen Bown … also a member of the NWU cross country team.
