The start of the 2013 Nebraska Wesleyan softball season will be delayed by one week as this weekend's scheduled games have been cancelled due to the weather.

NWU was scheduled to play at Central Christian on March 1 and at Bethel on March 2 in Kansas. Both doubleheaders have been cancelled. The doubleheader with Bethel will be made up on March 12 at 4 pm in Bethel, Kan.

The Prairie Wolves will now begin their season on Mar. 8-9 at the McPherson College Tournament in McPherson, Kansas.
