Men’s Track and Field
2011: Set new personal bests in all three indoor events … qualified for the GPAC Indoor Championships in the mile and placed 16th … also qualified for the GPAC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase and finished 12th.
2010: Qualified for his first GPAC Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 where he placed 20th … ran a personal best 37:09.02 in the 10,000 at the Dick Young Invitational … also ran a personal best of 17:22.95 at the Gregory Invitational.
Academic: History major.
In High School: Earned four letters in Cross Country as well as one in wrestling … earned All-Conference honors as a Senior … was named Academic All-Conference twice as well as the Lincoln Journal Star Academic All-State twice…also a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Born 3/24/91, son of Bob and Chris Markham…also a member of the NWU cross country team.
