2011: Did not compete during the 2011 track & field season.
2010: Qualified for the GPAC Indoor Championships where he placed 12th in the 5,000 … ran a personal best of 9:10.30 in the 3,000 at the NWU Quad Meet … received his first All-Conference honors at the GPAC Outdoor Championships where he placed fifth … ran a personal best of 15:22.95 at the Doane Tune-Up … a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.
2009: Placed 18th in the 5,000 at the GPAC Indoor Championships … just missed earning All-GPAC honors by placing ninth in the 10,000 at the GPAC Outdoor Championships … ran a personal best 33:42.12 in the 10,000 at the North Central Last Chance meet.
Academic: History major.
In High School: Earned four letters in track & field at Ralston high school … also was a four-year letterwinner in cross country and earned three letters in swimming.
Personal: Born 10/24/89, son of Kevin and Patricia Dostal … also a member of NWU cross country team.
