2011: Earned his first varsity letter in track & field … competed at the GPAC Outdoor Championships and placed 22^nd  in the 1,500 … ran the 1,500 in five different outdoor track meets … also competed in four indoor track meets.

In High School: Earned four letters in track & field at Beatrice H.S. … also earned three letters in cross country … was part of Class B State Runner-up cross country team … was the 2010 KWBE Heart of an Athlete recipient … also earned a letter in basketball.
