NWU Track to Host Prairie Wolf Indoor Invite at Devaney Center

The Nebraska Wesleyan University track & field team will host the annual Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational this Friday (Jan. 18) at the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track facility in Lincoln, Neb. Field events will begin at at 11:30 am, with the first running event scheduled to start at 12:30 pm.

All events will be held at the Devaney Center with the exception of the unseeded throwing events and pole vault which will be at Knight Fieldhouse on the NWU campus.

A group of 13 teams are set to compete in the meet. Three NCAA Division I teams (Nebraska, Nebraska-Omaha, Wichita State), two NCAA II teams (Sioux Falls, Nebraska-Kearney), two NCAA III teams (Nebraska Wesleyan, Buena Vista) and six NAIA schools (Concordia, Doane, Dordt, Hastings, Midland, Sterling) will have athletes competing.

This will be the second weekend of competition for the Prairie Wolves track & field teams.
