Four spring sport student-athletes from Nebraska Wesleyan University have been named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America® Team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors Association (CoSIDA).
Nebraska Wesleyan University’s Dr. Ted Bulling has been named 2006 NCAA Division III Men’s Indoor Track & Field Coach of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Nebraska Wesleyan University is sending 14 student-athletes to compete with the nation’s elite at the 2006 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships to be held on Friday and Saturday in Northfield, Minn.
Nebraska Wesleyan’s indoor track and field teams brought home a pair of team crowns from the Dennis Young Invitational hosted by Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa on Feb. 11.
Even with four student-athletes studying abroad for the spring semester and two more currently serving in the military, the Nebraska Wesleyan track and field teams will again be more than 100 strong in 2006.
