December 12

Four Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s soccer players were named to the Association of Division III Independents All-Independent teams that were announced on Friday (Dec. 12).  Freshman Jordan Green was named to the First-Team, junior Josh Miller earned Second-Team honors, while Brad Fullerton and Jess Pieper received honorable mention recognition.

November 6

Eight members of the Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s soccer team were named to the 2008 Great Plains Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer All-Conference team that was announced Thursday (Nov. 6).  Freshman Jordan Green was selected as Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Co-Offensive Player of the Year.  Joining Green on the All-GPAC First Team was goalkeeper Josh Miller and defender Jess Pieper.  Midfielders Seth Neben and Brad Fullerton were All-GPAC Second-Team selections, while Blake Gordon, Adam Benson and Tim Pavelka received honorable mention.

October 29

Hastings College controlled the ball for the entire match and out shot Nebraska Wesleyan, 19-2, as the Broncos defeated the Prairie Wolves, 4-0, in Great Plains Athletic Conference men's soccer action Wednesday (Oct. 29) at Abel Stadium in Lincoln.

October 28

A pair of Nebraska Wesleyan University men's soccer players were selected this week as the GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports Soccer Players of the Week. Sophomore forward Brad Fullerton is the Offensive Player-of-the-Week, while junior goalkeeper Josh Miller was the Defensive Player-of-the-Week.

Nebraska Wesleyan University goalkeeper Josh Miller is this week’s Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) men’s soccer Player-of-the-Week for games played Oct. 20-26.

October 25

Nebraska Wesleyan men's soccer remains on a roll as they picked up their 10th win in a row on Saturday night (Oct. 25) defeating Dordt College, 3-0, in GPAC men's soccer action.

October 22

The NWU men's soccer team extended its winning streak to nine games and moved up to second in the GPAC standings with a 3-0 victory over Concordia University on Wednesday (Oct. 22) in Seward, Neb.

October 18

Brad Fullerton scored two goals in the first six minutes and the team continued to pour on the offense as the Prairie Wolves cruised past Morningside College, 5-1, in men's soccer action on Saturday night (Oct. 18) at Abel Stadium.

October 15

Another GPAC match, another shutout victory for the Nebraska Wesleyan men's soccer team. The Prairie Wolves held on for a 1-0 win over Doane College on Wednesday night (Oct. 15) in a GPAC men's soccer match in Crete, Neb. The win is the seventh straight victory for NWU.

The Nebraska Wesleyan University men's soccer team swept the GPAC Player-of-the-Week honors for the week of Oct. 6-12. Freshman Jordan Green was the Offensive Player-of-the-Week and junior Josh Miller was the Defensive Player-of-the-Week.

GPAC Player-of-the-Week Jordan Green scored a pair of goals to lift Nebraska Wesleyan to a 2-0 victory over Midland Lutheran College on Tuesday (Oct. 7) in Great Plains Athletic Conference men's soccer action.

Nebraska Wesleyan University freshman Jordan Green was named the Hauff Mid-America Sports/Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. He is also this week's Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) Men's Soccer Player-of-the-Week for games that were played Sept. 29-Oct. 5.

Jordan Green scored two goals and had an assist on another as Nebraska Wesleyan shut out Dakota Wesleyan, 4-0, in Great Plains Athletic Conference men's soccer action on Sunday afternoon (Oct. 5) at Abel Stadium in Lincoln, Neb.

Jordan Green scored the game-winning goal just 21 seconds into overtime to give Nebraska Wesleyan a 3-2 victory over Buena Vista University in NCAA III men's soccer action on Wednesday afternoon (Oct. 1) in Storm Lake, Iowa.

September 23

Dana College shut out Nebraska Wesleyan, 1-0, in Great Plains Athletic Conference men's soccer action on Tuesday night (Sept. 23) at Abel Stadium in Lincoln, Neb. It was the home opener for the Prairie Wolves this season as the first five matches were on the road.

September 16

AJ George scored a goal in the 82nd minute of the match to give Simpson College a 1-0 victory over Nebraska Wesleyan in men's soccer action on Tuesday in Indianola, Iowa. NWU falls to 1-4 overall while Simpson improves to 2-3-1.

September 3

Cody Lutes hit the game-winning goal in the fourth minute of overtime as the University of Sioux Falls defeated Nebraska Wesleyan University, 2-1, in the Great Plains Athletic Conference opener for both teams on Wednesday (Sept. 3) in Sioux Falls, S.D.

August 11

The Great Plains Athletic Conference has released its 2008 preseason coaches polls for both the men and the women. The Nebraska Wesleyan men were picked to finish third and received one first place vote, while the NWU women were picked to finish sixth. Hastings College was the coaches choice to win the men's championship, while Morningside College was picked as the women's favorite.
