Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s soccer players Brad Fullerton and Sean Norris have been named to the Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) 2010 All-Independent men’s soccer team. Fullerton was named to the First-Team, while Norris was selected to the Second-Team.
Fullerton (Lincoln, Neb.) tied for the team lead with six goals for the Prairie Wolves. The junior from Lincoln East also added one assist for 13 points on the year. Fullerton also had one game-winning goal. He now has made 20 goals to move up to ninth all-time at NWU in career goals.
Norris (Lincoln, Neb.) started all 17 games as a defender for the Prairie Wolves as a senior. He also scored one goal and added an assist this year for NWU. The Lincoln Southeast H.S., graduate completed his Prairie Wolves career by playing in 68 games during his four seasons. He scored six goals and had five assists during his career.
Nebraska Wesleyan finished the 2010 season with a 6-10-1 overall record.
The All-Independent Men’s soccer teams were selected by the men’s soccer coaches from the Association of Division III Independent member schools. The Association of Division III Independents consists of 13 DIII independent institutions that have joined together to recognize student-athletes at independent institutions, and to provide exempted postseason championship competition
