The Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s golf team is ranked ninth in the first Golf World/Nike Golf Division III Coaches’ Poll of the spring season that was released on Thursday (Feb. 21).
The Prairie Wolves men’s golf team was also ranked ninth at the end of the 2007 fall season. NWU received 206 points in the poll.
Nebraska Wesleyan won two of the four tournaments that they participated in during the fall season. The Prairie Wolves are set to open the 2008 spring season on March 18-19 when they travel to Atlanta, Ga., to face Emory University.
