Nebraska Wesleyan University sophomore men’s golfer Drew Taylor has been named to the 2013 PING Central Region All-Region team as selected by the Golf Coaches Association of America.  This is the second consecutive season that Taylor has earned All-Region honors.

Nebraska Wesleyan University was one of 41 teams to earn a spot in the 2013 NCAA Division III Men's Golf National Championships when the field was announced on Monday (May 6) by the NCAA III men's golf national committee.

After trailing by 11 strokes in the team race on day one, Nebraska Wesleyan shot a team score of 300 on Saturday (Apr. 20) at the Fred Kravetz Invitational in Rochester, New York.  The Prairie Wolves tied Rensselaer Poly Tech Institute for the team title but RPI was given the team championship with the tiebreaker being the 2nd round score not used.

The Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s golf team received two first place votes and 257 total points as the Prairie Wolves are ranked No. 5 in this week’s Golf World/Nike Golf Coaches’ NCAA Division III Poll that was released March 27.

The Nebraska Wesleyan University men’s golf team is ranked No. 1 in this week’s Golfstat NCAA Division III Head-to-Head Standings after the Prairie Wolves fall season has completed.

Nebraska Wesleyan remains in second place after the second GPAC Men's Golf Qualifier was played on Wednesday (Oct. 10) at Green Valley Golf Course in Sioux City, Iowa. The Prairie Wolves shot a 300 at GPAC Qualifier #2 and now have a two round total of 591.

Nebraska Wesleyan continued its solid play during the fall season as they tied for second place in the team standings at the three-day Twin Cities Classic played Sept. 29-Oct. 1 in Elk River, Minnesota at three different courses.  The Prairie Wolves had a three-day total of 889 to tie St. Thomas University for second place.
