2011: Earned his second varsity cross country letter … ran in two different races on the season … opened the year at the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational at Pioneers Park … was the 12th NWU runner to finish at the Jim Drews Invitational … named a Pflieger-Olson Scholar Athlete.

2010: Ran in three varsity races in his first season of cross country … competed in the first three meets of the year … was the 12th NWU runner to finish at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational in a season-best time of 29:06.

Academic: Biology major.

In High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in cross country at Plattsmouth H.S. … placed fifth at the 2009 State Cross Country Championships in 2009 … named All-State in cross country … also an Academic All-State performer … was a three-year letterwinner in soccer … earned Third-Team All-State in soccer.
