2011: Added two more varsity races to his career total during his junior season … was the 12th NWU runner to finish at the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational at Pioneers Park … other race on the year was in Wisconsin at the Jim Drews Invitational.

2010: During his sophomore season he competed in three varsity races … earned his second cross country letter … took over one minute off his time from the first race of the year to the final race he competed in … had a time of 28:09.7 at the Jim Drews Invitational.

2009: Ran in two varsity races as a freshman to earn his first varsity letter … opened his collegiate cross country career at the Woody Greeno/Nebraska Invitational by running a time of 29:40.

Academic: History major.

In High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in cross country at Columbus High … helped his team to seventh place finish at the 2008 Class A State Cross Country Championships … placed 15th overall at the District Championships … was Academic All-State … also a member of National Honor Society.
